With "One Goal" in mind, we chose Pelotonia as we are all trying to 'End Cancer'. At 116.6 proof, this 10+yr old barrel comes out of Heaven Hill main campus, Rickhouse A. On the nose you will get a sweet caramel and candied almonds. On the palate you receive that same sweet caramel with a toasted oak right up the middle of the tongue. The perfect amount of heat will linger and provide a warmth, but the flavors will continue to marinate. I hope you enjoy!
